On the question of transport, I think the Relay Transport is great idea.

In the Last Mile Alternatives you highlight moving to electric vehicles. I think however there are other socio-economic issues you need to consider. E.g. what are the business models and employment rights of the delivery companies you use? In the UK you seem to by moving away from Parcelforce, which offers its employees decent employment conditions. More of my parcels are now being delivered by Evri, in which the couriers are treated as ‘self-employed’ with few employee rights.

But, I’m so happy buying your Farmers’ produce.
