I would like to give feedback on the red wine Vel’Uveyra mencía PDO Ribera Sacra (4.5 l)

The box arrived in perfect condition, I was really impressed with the packaging.
However, you omitted to include the year of production of this wine which in fact was 2017.
I drink a lot of red Wines and was surprised that the company are selling a 5 year old wine which in fact is not as special or full bodied in taste as I would have expected. In fact Spain does produce some excellent wines and I thought this would be of a more recent vintage.
Had I known it was a 5 year old wine I don’t think I would have ordered it as it is I ordered it on 1/10/2022 and received it 3/12/2022. If this wine was already in storage why did it take two months for delivery? Your website does not give the opportunity for feedback on orders!

While I appreciate the thought that has gone into making deliveries more sustainable, my concern is a personal one. I am 80 years old, do not drive, live in a village outside Granada and do not have easy access to get to a pickup point far from my home. I absolutely require home delivery in order to use the CrowdFarming platform which I wholeheartedly would like to support as I totally believe in what you are creating. What is the best way for me to get that across to the delivery services CF is using. My last few deliveries have been a nightmare trying to pick up the packages, resulting in a significant delay and the resultant deterioration of some of the produce.
